Sarah Lingley, Founder, Thrive Fitness Adventures

Hi! My name is Sarah Lingley, and I am the founder of Thrive Fitness Adventures!  I love hiking and mindbody practices and want to share my passion for the outdoors with you!  


I started this business while working part time in my day job as an engineer.  While being an engineer had some fulfilling aspects, my heart is set on making outdoor exploration accessible to women everywhere! I also hope to empower those who join the adventure to create a sense of wellbeing that arises from within.  With all the distractions in the information age that we live in, we sometimes put our own wellbeing last.  These adventures are an opportunity for you to disconnect from technology and reconnect with yourself and nature.
